I have powered up my knowledge areas in business administration, marketing, project-management, property development management over and above my earlier qualifications and practice. I can therefore offer a broader perspective on the early, or implementation stages of a project and will equally knuckle down into the detail and output of delivery.

I was employed as a candidate Architect at a large multi-disciplinary consultancy, specializing in Engineering and Architecture. At the time, there were over 300 employees with senior professionals managing teams of 15 – 20. Angela was my team lead.
What I recall most about Angela, was my gratitude for my improved work performance and job satisfaction compared with previous leadership. Angela was completely different. She was confident, knowledgeable, empathetic, had excellent communication skills and managed to identify each of our personal strengths and get us to perform at our optimum. She didn’t demand of us deliverables that were impossible to accomplish, but rather worked with us to satisfy the client and maintain a positive working environment for those of us within her management.
